Your referral incentive is issued once the person you referred officially becomes a client—meaning they sign a property management agreement or approve a qualifying construction/remodeling project. Once their onboarding or project is confirmed, we apply your service credit or bonus within 7–10 business days.

A referral qualifies when they are a new property owner, investor, or client who signs a management agreement or a construction/remodeling project above the minimum required value. As long as they become a paying client through your referral, you receive the $250 reward.
